By engaging the services of AMAZINE, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
AMAZINE adheres to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and uses the legislation as a guideline in the collection, usage, storage, and management of your personal data. This includes account information including but not limited to your name, email address, contact number, date of birth, and mailing address, as well as the photos that you upload to our system.
Under these Terms, you warrant that you will not use the services provided by AMAZINE for any fraudulent or illegal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the photo content that you upload does not infringe on publicity, privacy or copyright rights, or that you have obtained the necessary approval and consent from the owner of such rights. Under no circumstances should photo content be unlawful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws. AMAZINE reserves the right to reject submissions that do not adhere to these requirements. It is recommended that you retain a copy of your photo content for future orders. AMAZINE does not store or claim ownership over your photo content.
Photo content will be printed as received. AMAZINE is not responsible for consumer-generated mistakes, which may include poor image quality, image bleed deficits, or order mistakes. Please preview your files before confirming your order. Amendments or changes cannot be accepted once the file is uploaded and confirmed.
In the case of digital printing, there is an industry-accepted colour difference margin of 5% to 15%, which can be attributed to differences in machines, materials, toner, weather, humidity and other factors. Printing colour follows AMAZINE’s standards, and AMAZINE will not accept requests for reprints or refunds due to a perceived colour difference between the final product, and the photo content as viewed on a computer screen if the colour difference falls within the pre-stated margin of 5% to 15%.
Once the final product has been delivered and accepted, AMAZINE will not accept return requests. Please check the final product before accepting it.
AMAZINE will not be liable for non-performance or delay in performance caused by any acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of AMAZINE. Force majeure generally shall include civil commotion, riot, invasion, war, threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural physical disaster and/or political interference with the normal operations of any party.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. AMAZINE reserves the right to make updates or modifications to this Terms of Service without prior notice.
